We want you to be happy with VoxDub. If something isn't right, here is how refunds work.

Refund eligibility

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used less than 10% of your plan quota.

How to request a refund

  • Email support@voxdub.app with your order number and the email used for the purchase. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Paddle orders

  • Orders paid through Paddle are refunded by Paddle. We initiate the refund on your behalf, and Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method.
